MINDFUL ENERGY CULTIVATION

WITH ZHINENG QIGONG

Understanding the science of qi (energy) helps us recognize when we're working against ourselves. Learn methods to create greater health, ease and fulfillment in life. Suitable for all skill levels.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Qigong Movements: Practices that help you work with qi (energy)

  • Pure Consciousness Meditation: Methods that empower the true self

  • Energy Healing: Techniques to heal yourself & loved ones

  • Qi Science: Teachings from esoteric traditions & modern science

EXPAND YOUR INNER LANDSCAPE,
TRANSFORM YOUR OUTER REALITY

Everything is made of energy (qi) including objects in the physical realm,  emotions, and even pure information (consciousness). These levels of qi are present in all of existence; they are inseparable and fundamentally interconnected. When we change something in one level (for example, a person's emotional state), there will naturally be changes in the others. This phenomenon is supported by modern science -for example, if someone is generally in a happy emotional state, they are more likely to heal from physical illness*.

There are four primary ways in which we we move qi: movement, breath, sound/vibration, and consciousness. In this class, we will use all of these modalities to work with, move, and cultivate qi. We will play with the principles of modern "qi science" using the simple methodologies of Zhineng Qigong.  In the process, we will learn about, explore, and have a direct experience with what is behind every wisdom tradition in the world.

When we make positive change in our inner state of consciousness, we naturally bring positive change to the rest of the world. When we approach this practice using the fundamental laws and language of the universe, this is not wishful thinking, this is the science of qi.

This class:

  • Teaches the fundamental laws of qi (energy) that can be applied to all areas of life
