Awakening Consciousness: A 12-Week Journey of Self Discovery
Welcome to your complimentary 12-week self-paced Zhineng Qigong introduction class on awakening consciousness. This series begins with the very basics and culminates with the highest level practices in pure consciousness.

Each lesson includes a teaching and a practice. My recommendation is to complete one lesson/week and review the practice portion of the video at least 3 times, or better yet every day before continuing on to the next module. Our highest potential is unlocked when we develop the habit of a daily practice.

Please reach out to me at info@intothehumm.com along the way if you have any questions.
May you enjoy each step of this journey into a deeper state of self healing and fulfillment.

Lesson 4: Universal Qi & Haola
In Lesson 4 we continue our journey to an awakened consciousness practice by focusing our connection with Universal Qi, the most abundant source of energy in the universe. In order to use Universal Qi in our bodies for healing and spiritual awakening, we need to use specific consciousness and qi practices to receive, clarify and refine this infinite energy source. In this practice we also learn the concept of "haola", which means "all is well and getting better" or simply "everything is good". We practice becoming a vessel for both Earth and Universal Qi to create a balanced state that reveals the natural state of haola that is always with us and can be accessed at any time.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 5:
In Lesson 5 we continue our journey to an awakened consciousness practice by learning to work with our inner observer, our "I AM", also known as our pure consciousness or Mingjue.
Mingjue (明觉) in Chinese combines two characters: Ming (明): clear, bright, illuminated Jue (觉): awareness, consciousness, awakening.
After spending 4 weeks practicing observing from shenji palace, we are ready for the next step, to awaken our Mingjue, our true self and original "baby heart". We will also learn a movement practice called Chen Qi, which opens the energy of our heart.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 6: Mingjue in Nature
In Lesson 6 we continue our journey to an awakened consciousness by deepening into our practice of "Mingjue", our original pure state of being. This practice will explore taking mingjue into nature, which can be a supportive way for new students to tune into this fundamental oneness.
This practice also includes a movement practice called Crane's Neck, which opens up the energy of our Upper Dantien.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 7: The Mingjue Collective Consciousness Field
In Lesson 7 we continue our journey to awakened consciousness by deepening into our practice of "Mingjue", coming back to ourselves in our pure state of being. We also discuss the Mingjue Collective Consciousness Field and how we can connect with it to supercharge our practice.
Our practices are becoming longer now, integrating the aspects we have learned about working with body qi and the 3 body energy centers.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 8: Three Inner Palaces
Lesson 8 focuses on another profound aspect of Zhineng Qigong: The Three Inner Palaces. This essential teaching reveals how these sacred internal spaces govern our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, offering a deeper understanding of energy cultivation in Qigong practice.
There are unique qualities to each Inner Palace: The Upper Palace (wisdom and spiritual connection), the Middle Palace (emotional balance and heart consciousness), and the Lower Palace (vitality and foundational energy). In this class I discuss how these three centers work together to create harmony and transformation in your practice.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 9: Mingjue and the "n" Sound
In Lesson 9 we learn a new method for awakening our pure consciousness or mingjue: using the "n" sound. In the past we used the words Shen ji (神机) to activate our mingjue. Using the sound of the letter "n" Uses vibration/resonance as a physical anchor for pure awareness.
We also learn about the 3 major body gates: baihui (heavenly gate at top of head), dazhui (along the neck/adam's apple), and huiyin (near the perineum.) In our practice, we bring our knowledge of all the centers, palaces, and gates to balance and harmonize them with la chi (open close). We also practice standing meditation to strengthen lower dantien and integrate it all with hip rotations.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:

Lesson 10: Practice with Grandmaster Pang
In Lesson 10 we go deeper into our pure consciousness or mingjue practice using the "n" sound. As a special treat, we receive the information of the "n" sound directly from the Zhineng Qigong Grandmaster, Dr. Pang.

We also practice two new methods: Bow Body Arch Back and Push Pull. These methods allow us to further open energy meridians, particularly those in our spine and arms. We also continue to practice Hip Rotations and Standing Meditation to charge up the innate qi in our Mingman Inner Palace/Lower Dantien.
Lesson 11: The Power of Hunyuan Qi
In Lesson 11 we connect further with Hunyuan Qi through a deep transmission. Hunyuan Qi is hard to describe in words. It is the original source field from which all things emerge. It is pure potential and the basis of all creation and manifestation.

In additional to this practice it is recommended that students review the following videos for additional information:
